SAFE TRIPS HAITI

I wen’t to Cap Haitien with my family mostly because my sister and I wanted to get to know our parents country beyond what’s being shown on the news and we definitely had an amazing experience with Safe Trips!

Found their web pages and contacted John-Wesly by WhatsApp and he was such a good help, very patient and is always quickly responding to every questions I had.

Once we got to destination, it was really helpful that we had the picture of the driver we had and he did too because with how full the airport is, it can get overwhelming if you don’t know who to look for…

But from the airport, to all our activities we felt really safe and the service we had was very professional and hospitable with our driver Lucien. He and John-Wesly made sure to always keep in touch with us and despite the unfortunate bad weather we had during our stay, we still manage to make the best out of it.

I would definitely recommend to book with Safe Trips because next time I come, that’s what I’ll do!

Cons:
If you're doing a beach day, make sure to ask about whether there is a cruise ship in port as this may affect your experience. We almost had to pay extra for chairs despite having already paid for everything in advance.
Pros:
We did 3 beach days with this company which were excellent. Everything we were promised was delivered. The beaches were absolutely breathtaking. The food available was amazing. We felt absolutely safe the entire time. 10/10 would recommend, zero complaints.

I had an amazing time in Cap-Haïtien with Safe Trips Haiti! John-Wesly and his staff were professional, punctual, friendly and welcoming. I felt completely safe at all times. Safe Trips Haiti organized my airport pick-up and drop-off as well as a city tour and excursions to the Citadelle and Labadee. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

For my birthday, I wanted to go back home to Haiti and visit Okap for the first time. I chose to work with the Safe Trips Haiti team and it was the best decision I made. Visited Cap Haïtien to celebrate my 30th birthday. John-Wesley was SO Professional! Very punctual and had a great personality! We had such a great time going around Okap and felt safe the entire time. We toured the city, historical sites, had a beach day and night outs. The guides were informative and very knowledgeable. I plan on visiting again and would definitely work with Safe Trips again!

We took a trip to Cap-Haïtien in June 2022. We had the pleasure of using Safe Trips Haiti for transportation. The booking process was seamless. John was the utmost professional. He was patient with all the back and forth updates requested. As for the driver Lucien, one of the nicest people I’ve met. He was friendly, kind, conscientious and professional. He treated us like family. He ensured we were safe and well cared for at all times. I appreciate that he never used his phone while driving. When he did receive an important call, he found a safe place to stop the car and answered. I would definitely recommend Safe Trips Haiti for all transportation and tours.

We had an amazing and safe time with SafeTrips! They came and picked us up in comfortable car with AC! Showed us around to some of the most amazing wonders of northern Haiti!

They know everyone! Photographers, videographers, best hotels, restaurants! Your made to feel so comfortable and at a very affordable price we were taken to some amazing beaches.

The tours include food! They organize so many awesome opportunities for fun!

We brought our 2 year old with us! They were incredibly accommodating for him! My son is medically fragile and he had everything we needed for him!
