J'ai été à Byoti pour la première fois durant les fêtes de fin d'année.
J'apprécie le savoir qu'elles ont.

Elles font attention aux clients et prennent en compte leur besoin.

J'ai trouvé une variété de service disponible. Ce qui a faciliter mes choix.

I gave 3 stars because byoti is my favorite beauty salon in Haiti, I have already used all the services offered, they are really professional and put the client first but last week I was there i caught a fungus during a manipedi (both hand and feet guyz, nails were damaged) I was able to confirm that it was from byoti when the doctor back there told me she had found a lot of case like that, just one week before she treat a person with the same story as mine "Byoti" (but I don't know if it was the same location because I think they have 2 or 3 locations). So lesson guyz be careful, still use alcool or else after a manipedi because they are no strict sanitary regulations for everyone to follow in Haiti for beauty salon, they are doing their best

This was my regular go to place for nails. (Mani pedi)
But the last 3 times I went there was an issue, the nail tech cut my cuticles wrong and with too much pressure and strength and I bled. Once my fingernails, the other time my toenails. Another time I booked an appointment and they were closed at scheduled time. They opened about an hour late. I am very sensitive for my toes and I told the nail tech to be extra careful, she didnt listen and thats how I got hurt.
However, despite all that, the customer service is great. They offered me the pedi for free and apologized. Said if anything else was wrong i would just have to call. So no hard feelings. I still like them I'm just a little nervous and scared to be hurt again. I only trust Rose Marie and if shes not available to do my nails I'll go somewhere else.

It's a clean, professional place with a good vibe where you find good value for your money and services done with a smile. I usually do my hair there and my 4c hair is detangled without breakage or it hurting, it's styled nicely in a timely manner.
Their mani-pedis are a great way to unwind and look good.

Always a great service thereand the fact that it’s super quiet and always take great care of my nails and soul? And the decor is amazing
